#10: Korean Lotte candies

I went to Low Yat Plaza today and yep there was a Korean food fair. As always, I went to hunt for food to buy home to eat.

I can spend lots and lots of money on food. I spend my money more on food than things, honestly. However, this time the food I brought home is charged under daddy's account. I don't know why I can spend hundreds on food. Probably I'm greedy for food. Thus, this is the reason why I'm fat.

ANYHOW! One of the things I bought is a packet of candies. I ate this candy at a Korean restaurant in Taman Desa with a friend last year. I liked it (:

So what I bought is..

The XYLITOL mint candy!
They are packed into smaller packets inside the big packet like most of the sweets..
There, my ugly yellowish teeth (sorry sorry, paiseh! haven't go for scaling eh!) 'holding' the candy tight. If you can see, there's a white layer between 2 light blue layers? I assume the white layer is barley. I think.
The reason why I like this candy is because I like barley. Stupid and lame enough but yeah I do like barley. Not a lot, but yeah enough to say I do like it.

This whole packet weighed at 60g is RM6. It's quite pricey I must admit, but no regrets.

I shall buy more, but it's definitely not anytime soon because my pocket is getting dry. I don't want to spend all my money on junk food and when I'm really hungry, I can't even afford McValue lunch to fulfill my stomach's desire ;p

No harm trying this candy! Especially to all mint lovers out there!

P/S: oh my first food post ;p

#9: Hello Kitty Diamond

Since I'm a Hello Kitty fan, I got another Hello Kitty product.

This time, I didn't purchase this. My boyfriend did, for my birthday. Yes my birthday is 2 months away but he decided to give me an early gift. I don't know why, but yep.

This is a 3-in-1 product, which includes a key chain, a necklace and a lip gloss.

It's quite special. Not only because he got this for me, and this is only available in Parkson, Pavilion. And ONLY Pavilion.
Packaging.
Out of the box.
The proper box to "store" the products. It's all in 1, really.
When the box is closed properly.
The keychain, with diamonds all over the Hello Kitty face and 2 little diamonds along the chain.
The lip gloss. Yes, trapped in the Hello Kitty face.
When I wear it as a neck lace (:
The little pouch. I don't know what use does it come with, but oh well.
I don't know if it's too expensive or what, but it's around RM99? They have other products as well, like perfume and all.

I thought of getting the perfume too but it smells like something I don't like. Jasmine flowers? Hmm.

Anyway, I really like it a lot as it has the all in 1 kind of concept. Especially the lip gloss. I love lip gloss. And most probably I am not gonna use it. I'm gonna put there for display ;p

#8: Liese

I know I've been missing in action for almost a month. But look, I'm back! :D I was getting lazy in updating my blog.

So today, or few days ago, I've decided to share with the whole world about the products I use for my hair. I just started, not too long ago. Probably since February? But I saw the effects in a few days.

I use Liese. I don't know why, but I'm attracted to Liese. Probably because of the packaging? I don't know. Ah, I like things for the weirdest reasons.

The 3 Liese products.

The Juicy Shower. It is actually a hydrating mist. It hydrates your hair and well, since I've dyed my hair before, so it gets drier by the day and after spraying this onto my hair, it gets better for awhile. It won't be there for ever but, at least I try not to leave my hair die of dehydration. Yeah hair can die XD

How to use: SIMPLE! Just spray.

The Designing Jelly. I seldom use this but I use this on alternate days. Like I said, my hair gets drier by the day and it also gets frizzy. Well I guess that's not it, the main reason why I use this is because my hair is just touching my shoulder and as you know, the ends will definitely curl up. This designing jelly helps a little too I guess. I've a friend who commented that my hair became tidy. Oh, and on the bottle it says "TIDY STRAIGHT". I guess it really works. Kudos to Liese.

How to use: apply this on your hair, not your scalp (:

The Hair Cocktail. Aka hair serum. Again, I've said that my hair is dry, and yes it affects my ends too. Because of that, my hair have a lot of split ends. And this makes me unhappy. Because of the split ends, I went to the hairstylist to get my ends off. There I went, goodbye my 1 inch. My hair was growing already! My hair got less dry after I started to apply this.

How to use: apply around maximum 2 inch from the ends.

This is how it is before shaking the bottle. You should shake it before use.

I guess I am a "big fan" of Liese. However, I've not try their hair dye before though.

Soon enough, I'll put up a post on that. If I ever try it. I plan to (:

#7: contact lenses online

I purchased 2 pairs of contact lenses online from Divalens few days ago. And guess what!?

I got them today! :D

I was supposed to get them yesterday but no one answered the door so I asked for a second delivery (which took damn long for them to pick up the phone call) dammit. But it's okay, I GOT THEM ALREADY!

After I unpacked it from the Poslaju packaging (:

My 2 pairs of lenses, brown and pink!

Clearer view of the lenses..

Me in pink! I've not tried the brown one yet though.

And it's RM28/pair. It's Blytheye pink if you're wondering. Check out Divalens today! It's not too pricey for a pair of Blytheye lenses if you're getting it from Divalens. I checked out other blogshop and it's approximately RM35?

So RM28 is worth it, excluding shipping. And shipping is like, RM6? Hmm. I'm happy for the lenses. Really.

And oh, it's my first time buying something online, besides paying few hundreds in foreign currency for ISAT, and university applications which I ended up not going because I didn't get any Pharmacy offer.

I guess these Korean/Japanese lenses won't be a waste, because it has a 1 year lifespan (& I recommend you to use for maximum 3 months) and yep, what can you expect from RM28?

However, I'm not so sure how safe it'll be.. I'm still wearing them and it's fine so, it's alright?

I don't know. Yikes!

Let's assume that it's alright, shall we?

#6: Nokia N97 vs Sony Ericsson W995

So, I'm now using the Nokia N97 instead of my old Sony Ericsson W995. It's not the mini version of N97 though.

I got the Nokia few weeks back. It's not exactly new because my dad has been keeping the phone for the past 1 year, so, it's not really old either. He has never used it too.

Sooooo.

Nokia is definitely NOT user friendly. Ever since I got this Nokia, I got lazier to text probably because it's: 1) touch screen 2) the keyboard is so..weird because I'm used to using normal keypad 3) I'm just lazy.

Using Nokia makes me feel like a businesswoman. Woots.

Sony Ericsson and other normal phones are so much easier to text, and their function is more..obvious? I think it's because I've been using Sony Ericsson since 2005 so, I'm used to it. I've used Nokia before, but that was ages ago.

Plus, it's so much smaller and thinner!

However, both phones cost more than RM1k each, so, I guess I've to give and take. I can't expect phones to be perfect! What to do, I'm always expecting perfection, when perfection doesn't exist in the world.

Overall, I like both phones.

Plus points for Sony Ericsson:
- small
- 8.1mp camera! (OHHH. so I don't need to bring a camera with me! make my bag lighter ;p)
- normal keypad
- 3G
- wifi
- walkman ;p

Plus points for Nokia:
- wifi &I can check in anytime and it doesn't take forever to load 1 Foursquare page
- white!
- keyboard
- touch screen (I'm neutral actually =/)
- 5mp camera

I guess that's all (:

I think having a touch screen phone really make me feel like throwing the phone away instead of texting because I'm a texting person and texting can cost a bomb. &I can't control the amount of texts I send. I suck at that.

So, kudos to Nokia N97 :D

#5: piercings

Hi everyone!

Today I'm not gonna share about cheap stuffs in town but I'm gonna share about piercings (:

You know, nowadays people pierce their tongue, lip, eye brow, ears, belly, and God-knows-where else. Some of us might think it's cool and some of us might think it's gross/disgusting/etc.

Personally I got 7 piercings and yep, apart from all that, I think I'm a piercing addict. When I started piercing last year for my 2nd pair of piercing on my ears, I couldn't stop piercing! I kept on thinking where else to pierce including my tongue and belly.

Oh yes I'm fat but it doesn't mean I can't pierce my belly okay.

I was very close to piercing my tongue but..never mind. No one was supportive of that idea and they scolded me for thinking to pierce my tongue. So in the end I didn't pierce any part of my facial areas.

Anyhow, the most 'epic' piercing I have is my belly piercing and I'm proud of it somehow. I know it's not very good to have one, even my best friend was not so happy about it when I first told her.

Ohohoh, pictures sharing time. I know, you may think I am freaking wu liao, but, I really want to share (:

The pain will be described in the picture captions.

It was painless actually.. Before I know it, it's already done =/ And the price of belly piercing is the most expensive. Argh, dammit. It was about RM60 for me?

My left ear! The top part of the ear, see that? Well, according to the piercing specialist (or so they call themselves) it's the most painful part anyone could pierce then feel. Yep, it's painless when you first pierce and as it goes on (about hours), you'll feel some pain if you accidentally touch it or comb through it because you accidentally comb it when you comb your hair. Ouch. And now I thought of piercing the inner part of my ear.

My right ear! The most decent one. Not pain at all, just normal. By the way, it's cheap to pierce your ears.

Anyhow, piercing is one thing and maintaining it is another. I fail to maintain all of them and it's hmm.. Getting bad. I mean its situation. So if you wanna pierce, think twice! It's easy to take in the pain but it's definitely not easy to maintain it and avoid the redness and all.

Piercings are cool if you ask me. I don't know about you, but I love it. Even if I don't know how to maintain it.

Try looking confident in it ladies!

#4: Kungfu notebook

Today's sharing is a notebook I got from S&J. Yep, S&J again. I'm a fan of S&J products, mind you ;p

I got this notebook around 2-3 weeks ago. It's not too costly in S&J. It's only RM7.90. Again, if you're a member, you'll enjoy 10% off! :D Oh I love discounts.

I get really hyper when I see percentage ANYWHERE. And oh, excited too.

I saw the same notebook in Cubix (Asian Avenue, Sunway Pyramid) and it's RM12.90. Nett price some more! Not worth it to get it from there but if you feel like spending more money on this kind of notebook, then go ahead and spend it in Cubix. Oooooops.

Now I found 2 places selling the kungfu notebooks.

Oh look! It's brown empty papers. I love 'recycled' look-a-like notebooks.

This is to show 'coolness' whenever you flip open your book ;p in front of anyone.

Get them today! (: It's really cool.

Like my case, I brought this book to uni and my friends went, "What book is this? Kungfu?" or, you know, something like that because some of them would think it's the kungfu manual.

And you'll definitely not regret because it's good for notes. Personally, I use it for Biology because I want to be 'keng' in Biology since I suck at it. It's up to you, really. You can use it for diary, or to collect your beautiful artistic drawings. It's..yep, you can use it for ANYTHING (: Since it's not very thick, I don't think you'll find difficulties in finishing the pages so your RM7.90 will be worthy.

Oh, they come in various titles. Mine is the.."ha mou kung". Ahh, I suck at Chinese so, I'm not too sure what it is. You have to find them yourself then you'll know what I mean when they come in various titles ;p

Get, use the notebook and pretend you're learning kungfu today!
