[Moving Planet Freeze]

If you're wondering what's this, this is actually an event.

It's created by Green Grenades (click on Green Grenades to look at their page) to promote living in an environmental friendly lifestyle to solve matters relating to climate crisis through a freeze mob.

What's a freeze mob?

Large people gather suddenly in a public area -> freeze in ANY position they want for 5 minutes -> disperse from the place.

3 simple steps! :)

An absolute yes to catching people's attention to surprise on that very day.

Those who are taking part in the freeze mob this 24th September 2011 will be holding out small cards or cardboards that has a message written on it when they freeze.

What's on the small card/card board?

Messages that are relating to environmental causes such as recycling, carpooling, global warming, etc.

Those who will be in the freeze mob this Saturday will also be signing petitions to improve our public transport in order to reduce the carbon dioxide emission. As you all know, carbon dioxide is very bad for us.

I want to support this as well! Where and when, and time??

It's really good for anyone of you to join this event because it'll definitely try to create awareness among us and this will be good for you and I :) and our future generation!

Where? Sunway Pyramid
When? 24th September 2011
Time? 4pm - 6pm

It will only take 2 hours!

For those who have decided to join: do go to http://www.facebook.com/event.php?eid=102649086506552 to RSVP :)

They will also be gathering at a place near the freezing point for a final briefing, time synchronization and registration at 4pm, so punctuality is a must as this event is rooted from a global movement.

You can check out http://moving-planet.org/ for an international feel and the registered event.

Trust me, it's really cool.

Do spare some time for this.

[Leukemia]

This girl here, Qing, looks really cute right?

She looks adorable, like any other kids, right?

Do you know what she's suffering from? Obviously no.

If you're wondering who is she to me, she's my niece. She's turning 3 next month, and these few days, I got to know that she's suffering from leukemia.

I wonder how this can happen to kids. They are innocent. She's not even 3 on this ground. How can she get it?

I don't understand.

Please people, do pray for this little girl. She refuse to take any injections, or any blood tests anymore. She clings on to her mum and dad tightly whenever she sees the doctor and the nurse come together to her to take her blood to test. She's too young, how can she handle all those needles going through her skin?

She has been crying because of pain. &Due to her limited vocabulary, she cannot describe her pain, and everyone around her can ONLY cry.

Her report on which stage she's in will be out next Wednesday. And..

She's starting chemotherapy next Thursday. &it's definitely gonna be hard for her.

I hope she'll be fine.
