#14: pencilbox

Whut?!

Seriously?!!

Pencilbox?!

Yes! I am gonna post something about pencilbox today.

So, this post is targeted to mainly students.

Anyway! YES!

My pencilbox. The one that I bring to class everyday.

Mine is not bulky, so its of course very small and handy.

&my pencil box is only RM5! I got this from Daiso. Daiso has many awesome things and it's worth the money! (Not all though as some can be really pricey for the item)

It's clear colored, so it makes it easier for me to bring it into the exam ;p

My ex got me 1 similar and nicer one before, but it got lost somewhere in Sunway University, so I got a new one. Ah I got so sad because that pencilbox was slightly bigger as it has more space to put more things.

Well, anyhow, I got a new one after that and I've been using it ever since because it's quite transparent, and not 100% clear. Blurrish? =/ Damn my vocab.

Yeah, passion to build new lives.

The inner part of the pencil box.

Everything out from the pencil box. Ruler, highlighter, pencil, pen, eraser, bookmark, liquid paper. Complete set!

If you know how tiny my palms are, then you'll know how small is this pencil box.

If not, look at the size of this tiny pencil box on top of the A4 paper.
This pencil box is really handy plus it's VERY cheap. I'm getting lazier when it comes to carry heavy and big items so this is really good. It is going to be the same for those of you who thinks that carrying heavy and big pencil box is very troublesome.

You can't bring stapler, scissors, etc altogether in this pencil box because it's definitely impossible to do so. So it's good for those who needs basic stationery only.

#13: blemish extractor

You have blackheads and whiteheads and you don't know what to use to extract them?

Fret no more, USE A BLEMISH EXTRACTOR!

It makes wonders to your pimples.

From the moment I saw this in Sephora, Ion Orchard (Singapore), I know that I'll get it one day. Just because it was quite costly in Singapore, I didn't get it there. I waited.

And waited.

AND WAITED.

Until this year! For Sephora to open in Malaysia!

God saves the world. I love Sephora a lot.

Now you can get one from Sephora. There's Sephora in Bukit Bintang and KLCC, for now.

It's quite costly. RM30 maybe? I can't really remember how much I spent on this, but it was definitely less than RM50, that's why I got it.

Anyway, back to topic.

Yep, this blemish extractor has 2 sides.

Wider tip - to clear out blackheads and whiteheads without injuring the skin.

Finer tip - to finish the extraction and eliminate the rest of the content of blackheads and whiteheads.
Overall, this is okay. It's a hygienic way of extracting blackheads and whiteheads. I used to use my bare fingers and 'extract' them and it can be very bad as my bare fingers can be 'contaminated' with impurities.

So, I definitely think that this is a better way to extract both blackheads and whiteheads. I think it's less painful than using your bare fingers to extract them.

How to clean them?

I normally use a wet cloth to wipe it off. I don't know if it's good enough, but for now, it's okay. Once in a while I'll use soap and wash it off and then use a dry cloth to dry it off.

Get one today!

#12: skincare

I know I've been on a hiatus for a long time for some apparent reason.

Anyhow, today I decided to blog after so long. This time, it's about the skincare products I use! Sometimes you'll wonder what products other uses on their face aye? And whether are they using the expensive ones, or whut.

Here's mine!

Okay so..

The basic face washes. I gotta use them in the toilet. OBVIOUSLY, right?

The Face Shop's STRAWBERRY SCRUB! I like this a lot, because it smells so much like strawberry, and my face gets smoother after using this.

Etude House's Lemon tea cleanser. Just a basic one, to remove the sebum and oil from my face. You know it gets annoying when your face gets oily.

Etude House's Magic enzyme pack peeling. If you're wondering what's this, it's a bottle full of some chemicals which will remove your dead skin. It's very, very useful. And it makes you feel like you're in heaven because your skin becomes like tofu, and baby's butt. I know baby's butt is a disgusting comparison but it's true.

Etude House's Black head heating scrub.  Just like its name. For black heads. I must say that it works remarkably well. I thought it wouldn't but, ah, most of the black heads are gone after I use this scrub.
 After the washing and etc,

Now, the proper skin care, right after the washing activities.

Etude House's O2 White Toner. After patting my face dry, toner is the way. Like any other toner, it's cooling. It's not sticky because it's water based.

Lancome's Blanc Expert Melanolyser. Since I have obvious freckles and removing it is impossible, so the only way is to lighten it. I am not so sure if it works, but, I gotta wait for sometime, since I just started applying this on my face less than a month ago.

Etude House's Good-bye Dark Circle Eye Cream. This is mainly for dark circles so I seldom use this because my dark circles aren't that bad.

Etude House's O2 White Emulsion. It works exactly like a moisturizer of course. It's to lock the moisture on your face and etc. This one is not sticky too, as it's water based.

Bobbi Brown's BB Cream. This is awesome! I like this one because it's smooth and 'nicer' to touch after applying. It doesn't really brightens your complexion but, well, it has SPF and other main things like foundation and moisturizer. This is really pricey; RM150.
Etude House's Sun Guard Super Aqua. Oh it's another water based sun block. It's not sticky, and it doesn't have the normal SPF sharp smell that can kill you. It's alright overall.

The products I use ranges from RM30~ to RM150. RM30 may not be RM30, because I only buy them during sales so, it's about RM20ish. If I am not mistaken, I got the cleanser at around RM20. RM150 is definitely the BB cream.

Oh not forgetting the Lancome, it's RM315 for that tiny tube. And I don't know if it works.

I wonder why skin care products can be really pricey. What are they made of and do they really work? =/

Except those scrubs because I love them and it works really well.

#11: Liese Bubble Hair Color

I dyed my hair yesterday, and I had my side kick with me, Woei Yee (:

My roots were showing and well, yep, I decided to dyed it back to the closest original color. Initially, I thought Dark Chocolat would be a better choice than the others, but damn, I regret. I should have bought Ash Brown instead.

However, kinda no regrets.

& really, pictures do speak a thousand words.

The sidekick; Woei Yee & I.
Liese Bubble Hair Color Dark Chocolat
The 2 tiny bottles and the thingy from the box, getting ready to be mixed by me.
&so I was doing the obvious.
Mixing it by inverting the bottle.
If you can see, the darker shade is my original hair color and the lighter one is the dyed one, obviously. This is before dying my hair. 2 different shades yo.
1st time dying my hair by myself. It was kinda weird. For a first timer, I think it's quite scary because I won't know how the color will turn out after putting them on.

Squeeze the bottle for the foam.
Foamy!
Everything on my head.
The after result. Not as dark as I expected so I plan to dye my hair again once 2 different shades are obviously seen.
The chemical smell is really strong. When I first put them on my hair, DAMN THE SMELL WAS FREAKIN' SHARP. I coughed a few times, and I had to turn my head away to inhale.

Today is okay though. No more strong chemical smell.

Next color I'm dying: ASH BROWN.

I'm kinda excited, but that will happen few months later. I didn't want to dye my hair by myself but I had no choice. If I go back to Ben-G from RE:STYLE in Sunway Pyramid, I'll have to spend almost RM300 for dying and heck, I only had to spend RM38 for this bubble thingy. I must say that Ben-G is really good at hair styling. He made me look good twice. I guess, I get what I paid for.

There's a price for every good thing you get. Hm.

I had no confidence in dying my own hair at first of course, but, no harm trying. It didn't really turn out well because Woei Yee and I split my hair into half and we forgot about the parting so the parting is not so covered well by the dye.

However, it's not that tough to dye your own hair with Liese Bubble Hair Color. If you're unsure on how to do it right, there's YouTube tutorials to watch. How wrong and ugly your hair will go, it won't be that far.

Plus, every human learns from their mistake ;p

till then - I'M NO LONGER BLONDE.

&I miss being a dumb blonde. It wasn't the blonde BLONDE, but my hair color was under the blonde family.

#10: Korean Lotte candies

I went to Low Yat Plaza today and yep there was a Korean food fair. As always, I went to hunt for food to buy home to eat.

I can spend lots and lots of money on food. I spend my money more on food than things, honestly. However, this time the food I brought home is charged under daddy's account. I don't know why I can spend hundreds on food. Probably I'm greedy for food. Thus, this is the reason why I'm fat.

ANYHOW! One of the things I bought is a packet of candies. I ate this candy at a Korean restaurant in Taman Desa with a friend last year. I liked it (:

So what I bought is..

The XYLITOL mint candy!
They are packed into smaller packets inside the big packet like most of the sweets..
There, my ugly yellowish teeth (sorry sorry, paiseh! haven't go for scaling eh!) 'holding' the candy tight. If you can see, there's a white layer between 2 light blue layers? I assume the white layer is barley. I think.
The reason why I like this candy is because I like barley. Stupid and lame enough but yeah I do like barley. Not a lot, but yeah enough to say I do like it.

This whole packet weighed at 60g is RM6. It's quite pricey I must admit, but no regrets.

I shall buy more, but it's definitely not anytime soon because my pocket is getting dry. I don't want to spend all my money on junk food and when I'm really hungry, I can't even afford McValue lunch to fulfill my stomach's desire ;p

No harm trying this candy! Especially to all mint lovers out there!

P/S: oh my first food post ;p

#9: Hello Kitty Diamond

Since I'm a Hello Kitty fan, I got another Hello Kitty product.

This time, I didn't purchase this. My boyfriend did, for my birthday. Yes my birthday is 2 months away but he decided to give me an early gift. I don't know why, but yep.

This is a 3-in-1 product, which includes a key chain, a necklace and a lip gloss.

It's quite special. Not only because he got this for me, and this is only available in Parkson, Pavilion. And ONLY Pavilion.
Packaging.
Out of the box.
The proper box to "store" the products. It's all in 1, really.
When the box is closed properly.
The keychain, with diamonds all over the Hello Kitty face and 2 little diamonds along the chain.
The lip gloss. Yes, trapped in the Hello Kitty face.
When I wear it as a neck lace (:
The little pouch. I don't know what use does it come with, but oh well.
I don't know if it's too expensive or what, but it's around RM99? They have other products as well, like perfume and all.

I thought of getting the perfume too but it smells like something I don't like. Jasmine flowers? Hmm.

Anyway, I really like it a lot as it has the all in 1 kind of concept. Especially the lip gloss. I love lip gloss. And most probably I am not gonna use it. I'm gonna put there for display ;p

#8: Liese

I know I've been missing in action for almost a month. But look, I'm back! :D I was getting lazy in updating my blog.

So today, or few days ago, I've decided to share with the whole world about the products I use for my hair. I just started, not too long ago. Probably since February? But I saw the effects in a few days.

I use Liese. I don't know why, but I'm attracted to Liese. Probably because of the packaging? I don't know. Ah, I like things for the weirdest reasons.

The 3 Liese products.

The Juicy Shower. It is actually a hydrating mist. It hydrates your hair and well, since I've dyed my hair before, so it gets drier by the day and after spraying this onto my hair, it gets better for awhile. It won't be there for ever but, at least I try not to leave my hair die of dehydration. Yeah hair can die XD

How to use: SIMPLE! Just spray.

The Designing Jelly. I seldom use this but I use this on alternate days. Like I said, my hair gets drier by the day and it also gets frizzy. Well I guess that's not it, the main reason why I use this is because my hair is just touching my shoulder and as you know, the ends will definitely curl up. This designing jelly helps a little too I guess. I've a friend who commented that my hair became tidy. Oh, and on the bottle it says "TIDY STRAIGHT". I guess it really works. Kudos to Liese.

How to use: apply this on your hair, not your scalp (:

The Hair Cocktail. Aka hair serum. Again, I've said that my hair is dry, and yes it affects my ends too. Because of that, my hair have a lot of split ends. And this makes me unhappy. Because of the split ends, I went to the hairstylist to get my ends off. There I went, goodbye my 1 inch. My hair was growing already! My hair got less dry after I started to apply this.

How to use: apply around maximum 2 inch from the ends.

This is how it is before shaking the bottle. You should shake it before use.

I guess I am a "big fan" of Liese. However, I've not try their hair dye before though.

Soon enough, I'll put up a post on that. If I ever try it. I plan to (:
